Villa Gaia 1 is located in Gajana in Istria. This villa is the right choice for all guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with family or a group of friends. Villa Gaia 1 will delight you with its beautiful interior and modern exterior. The village of Gajana is only 6 km from Vodnjan, a charming place where guests can walk, explore and photograph murals on houses, and try delicious dishes in nearby restaurants. Next to Villa Gaia 1, there are two more villas, Gaia 2 and Gaia 3, which can also be rented separately.
This modern villa was built in 2022, and provides you with 231 m2 of living space and a total area of 2000 m2. It is 10 km away from the nearest sea and beach, and is surrounded by untouched nature that you can enjoy while sipping your morning coffee on the outdoor terrace. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, is fully air conditioned, and is all on the ground floor. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms arranged as two double and four single beds, and each has a TV. The villa has one en suite bathroom with shower, and another family bathroom, also with a shower.
The comfortable living room is the just right place for an afternoon rest, which includes a sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV. Beside the living room there is a dining room with a table that seats 8, and there is a modern kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family.
On the outdoor terrace you will bathe in a pool of 50 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m, which has an additional massage function. Next to it there are 8 sun loungers, outdoor gas barbecue, and a covered outdoor dining table with 8 seats. There is also a garden seating area.
By prior arrangement and on request, it is possible to arrange a massage.
Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and the villa also has one toilet. If children come with you on holiday, you can use a high chair and a cot.
The villa also has a Sonos wireless audio system, which has helped revolutionise the way many people listen to music at home. It has made the entire home music system a practical and affordable reality, delivering music to every room in your home – whether played together or separately in different zones.
Inside the yard there are 3 private parking spaces. Villa Gaia 1 also has an electric vehicle charger.
*The pool heating is available from April 15th until October 31st.
