Villa Gaia 2 is located in Istria, in the village of Gajana, which is only 6 km from Vodnjan. This villa is a real luxury that can be enjoyed by all generations of guests, and all those who want to escape from the hectic everyday life. Next to Villa Gaia 2, there are two more villas, Gaia 1 and Gaia 3, which can also be rented separately.

This attractive villain, with its modern interior and an even more beautiful exterior, was built in 2022. At your disposal are 222 m2 of living space, and a total area of 913 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, arranged in 4 bedrooms containing 2 double beds and 4 single beds. There are also 3 bathrooms with showers, and one separate toilet.

There is a comfortable living room, and next to it there is a dining room that can seat 8. In the modern kitchen you can prepare meals for the whole family or a group of friends.

On the outdoor terrace you will bathe in a pool of 50 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it there are 8 sun loungers, an outdoor gas barbecue, and a covered outdoor dining table with 8 seats. There is also a garden sitting area.

By prior arrangement and on request, it is possible to arrange a massage.

The villa also has a Sonos wireless audio system, which has helped revolutionise the way many people listen to music at home. It has made the entire home music system a practical and affordable reality, delivering music to every room in your home – whether played together or separately in different zones.

Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and the villa also has an additional separate toilet. For families with babies or young children, a cot and high chair is available.

You can also use the sauna where you can relax in complete luxury.

Pets are permitted for an additional fee of 100 € per week.
