Luxury villa Gaia 3 is located in Gajana, 6 km from the town of Vodnjan, in Istria. This modern beauty will attract guests with its interior decoration and beautiful exterior. In addition to Villa Gaia 3, there are two more villas, Gaia 1 and Gaia 2, which can also be rented separately.

Villa Gaia 3 was built in 2021 in a modern style. Guests have at their disposal 140 m2 of living space, and the total area of ​​the property is 820 m2. This villa is all on the ground floor, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, while the optimal number of guests is 4. You will be accommodated in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. As an extra bed, there is a sofa bed in the living room. The villa has one bathroom with shower and one outdoor shower, and there is one separate toilet.

The living room consists of a sofa, coffee table and TV, next to it is a dining table with 6 seats and a modern kitchen.

On the outdoor terrace there is a pool of 36 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it there are 6 sun loungers and an outdoor gas barbecue.

For extras, there is a washing machine and iron, a high chair and baby cot is available for families with young children.

The villa also has a Sonos wireless audio system, which has helped revolutionise the way many people listen to music at home. It has made the entire home music system a practical and affordable reality, delivering music to every room in your home – whether played together or separately in different zones.

You can also use the sauna where you can relax in complete luxury.

Inside the grounds there are 3 private parking spaces. Villa Gaia 3 also has an electric vehicle charger.

Pets are permitted for an additional fee of 100 € per week.

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of €20 per day. Please note that the request must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
